EV drivers are looking for easy, convenient places to charge their vehicles and expect to do so at work and at home. EV charging, as an additional work or rental property amenity, can improve overall employee and tenant satisfaction and increase retention. Plus, as fuel prices rise and emission standards continue to tighten, businesses could also benefit financially by investing in fleet electrification to reduce their bottom line.

Level 2 charger Receive a 50% rebate (up to $5,000 per eligible charging port) on the cost of the charger, warranty and installation
DCFC charger Receive a 50% rebate (up to $15,000) on the cost of the charger, warranty and installation

That’s a total of up to $30,000 in rebates* for each commercial property you own within BGE’s service area.

You may also receive additional savings through state and federal rebates and incentives. For more information, visit the U.S. Department of Energy website or Maryland Energy Administration website.

*Rebates are limited and available while supplies last.
